High-Quality Polyester New Materials Process Technology

In partnership with Zhejiang University, Nanjing Huiruo Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. has developed advanced process technology for high-quality polyester new materials, backed by independent intellectual property rights and patents. The production process leverages an innovative one-step esterification method.

Taking PBAT as an example, the polymerization unit combines PTA (Terephthalic Acid), BDO (1,4-Butanediol), and AA (Adipic Acid) with BDO slurry. These raw materials are meticulously blended and undergo continuous esterification, followed by mixed esterification to form low-molecular-weight esters of PBAT. The process then transitions through pre-polycondensation, final polycondensation, and chain extension, culminating in the production of PBAT pellets via a precision die-cutting machine. Designed for flexibility, the polymerization unit can be seamlessly adapted to produce other high-end polyester materials such as PBT, PBS, and TPEE, based on market demands. This versatility not only maximizes the utilization rate of the polymerization unit but also enhances its market adaptability.
