Engineering Division Organized Specialized Training on Lifting Technology

To comprehensively enhance technicians' professional skills and strengthen their management capabilities in crane operations for engineering projects, the Technical Quality Department of the Engineering Division recently collaborated with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department organized a specialized training session on lifting technology.
The training delivered substantial and highly practical content, offering technicians a rich learning experience that combined theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. Participants gained in-depth insights into various types of hoisting machinery and equipment. Real-world hoisting operation videos from the Hainan Yisheng and Dalian Yisheng projects were showcased to visually demonstrate standardized workflows. Additionally, the training provided a comprehensive breakdown of the end-to-end management process for hoisting plan formulation and execution, covering critical aspects such as equipment identification, site assessment, machinery selection, and load verification calculations. This systematic approach has laid a solid foundation for the future project implementation.
The session also addressed key challenges encountered during hoisting operations. Through case studies of actual projects, technicians acquired effective strategies to resolve common issues, accumulating valuable troubleshooting experience.
This initiative marks a pivotal effort by the Technical Quality Department to strengthen the technical team's capabilities, significantly elevating their competencies in lifting technology management.
