On November 19, 2024, the Office of the National Leading Group for High-Tech Enterprise Certification officially announced the second batch of 2024 certified high-tech enterprises submitted by Jiangsu Province’s accreditation authorities. Nanjing Huiruo Chemical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Winner Group, was once again granted the National High-Tech Enterprise certification.

Recently, the Equipment Division of the Winner Group achieved a significant milestone with the successful delivery of the main reactor—a parallel twin-shaft reactor vessel—for a 30,000-ton annual capacity low melt index polycarbonate (PC) project. Through the collective efforts and dedication of the entire division, the reactor was handed over to the client on schedule and supported the client in achieving a smooth first-time startup and successful production.

To further enhance the company’s confidentiality management and raise employees’ awareness of information security, Winner Group organized a thematic training session titled “Trade Secret Protection” on October 26. The event, delivered in a hybrid format (onsite and on-line), was led by Mr. Zhao Yaorong, a legal counsel from Shanghai Gongshou Dao Law Firm. Over 200 management and technical personnel across various departments and business units participated.
