Engineering Division Holds Review Meetings for Hainan Yisheng and Dalian Yisheng Projects

In late September 2024, Winner Group’s Engineering Division convened a comprehensive review meeting at Yizheng headquarters to evaluate the Hainan Yisheng and Dalian Yisheng projects. As two pivotal multi-year initiatives with substantial scale and output value, the successful execution of these projects holds profound significance for the company’s future development. Spanning from 2023 to 2024, both projects were executed in parallel under tightly coordinated construction schedules, posing significant organizational and managerial challenges. By pooling superior resources and assembling elite teams, the division successfully delivered the projects through collective efforts.
The meeting aimed to conduct an in-depth analysis of project operations, extract successful experiences, identify shortcomings, and provide actionable insights for future engineering management. During the session, the management teams of both projects delivered thorough reviews of their respective domains, dissecting critical challenges encountered during execution and proposing targeted improvement measures.
Project managers provided detailed summaries covering all phases, from preliminary planning and resource organization to cost, quality, schedule, and safety controls during construction, as well as project closeout and financial settlement. They also demonstrated accountability by proactively addressing deficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues such as change order negotiations arising from engineering modifications, reflecting a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Representatives from the Technical Quality Department, Cost Supervision Team, Safety and Environment Department, Operations Management Department, and Financial Accounting Department conducted rigorous analyses of project-specific issues, including quality deviations, cost overruns, safety incident root causes, and operational inefficiencies. Each department proposed tailored solutions and optimization strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accumulating valuable experience to elevate overall project management standards.
