Recently, the Equipment Division of the Winner Group achieved a significant milestone with the successful delivery of the main reactor—a parallel twin-shaft reactor vessel—for a 30,000-ton annual capacity low melt index polycarbonate (PC) project. Through the collective efforts and dedication of the entire division, the reactor was handed over to the client on schedule and supported the client in achieving a smooth first-time startup and successful production.
As the second-largest parallel twin-shaft reactor vessel in China, its manufacturing process demands high-precision machining, complex assembly, and breakthroughs in multiple critical technologies. This accomplishment marks another major advancement for Winner Group in the field of high-end chemical equipment manufacturing.
From project initiation to final delivery, every stage reflected the team’s expertise and meticulous execution. Post-delivery, key personnel were dispatched to the client’s site to provide full-cycle support, assisting with installation, commissioning, and startup, ultimately ensuring a successful first-time production launch.
