Winner Group Holds Summary Meeting for Human Resources Consulting Project

To further strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission among Winner Group’s managerial teams while enhancing overall cohesion and operational effectiveness, the group recently convened a summary conference for the human resources consulting project. The meeting marked the nearing completion of the organizational restructuring project, signifying a critical milestone in the company’s management enhancement efforts. Chaired by Xiao Zhengming, Deputy General Manager of the group, the event was attended by Chairman Chen Yulin, who delivered a concluding speech. Over 50 participants, including senior executives, department heads, managerial and technical employees from various business units, and employee representatives, joined the conference.  

During the meeting, leaders from departments, business divisions, and subsidiaries delivered statements aligning with the group’s strategic positioning, job responsibilities, talent development initiatives, and position value evaluation frameworks, demonstrating the organization’s unified commitment to the human resources consulting project.

In recognition of outstanding contributions to job responsibility documentation, the group presented awards to seven exemplary employees, including Sun Jiuyan, Hu Lianfeng, and Ren Jianyong. This accolade not only honored their dedication but also served as an inspiration to all employees.  

Chairman Chen Yulin officially announced appointment documents during the meeting, offering high praise for the achievements of the Human Resource consulting project. He urged newly appointed key employees to emancipate their mindset, embrace innovation, and explore novel approaches to contribute wisdom and energy toward the group’s next-phase objectives with heightened enthusiasm and confidence.

In closing, Chairman Chen emphasized: "All departments and business units must further strengthen foundational management. Leaders must prioritize talent development across all levels, and provide robust support for Winner Group’s management upgrade and long-term growth as a stronger, more competitive enterprise."
