Amidst the heat of summer, Winner Group’s Zhongmei Huali Project officially commenced in Barkol County, Hami, Xinjiang. As the company’s first strategic venture in Xinjiang, this milestone signifies not only Winner Group’s resolute commitment to cross-regional expansion but also the opening of new frontiers in market development. Amidst the region’s vast and challenging terrain, the project team has demonstrated extraordinary resilience and unity, embodying the unwavering spirit of Winner Group.
Confronting Challenges Head-On
Upon arrival in Xinjiang, the team faced immediate hurdles: time zone differences, relentless sandstorms, and water scarcity. To adapt, the team adjusted work schedules to optimize efficiency during safer hours, implemented robust safety protocols (e.g., reinforced structures, windproof equipment, and restricted high-altitude operations), and adopted meticulous water conservation measures to balance construction and daily needs.
Meticulous Preparation: Laying the Foundation
Preparation began with precision—scrutinizing design blueprints, sourcing high-quality materials, and constructing functional yet resilient office and living quarters. The blend of color steel-plate buildings and glass curtain walls provided both wind resistance and aesthetic appeal. When equipment deliveries lagged, the team collaborated closely with clients and partners to swiftly erect a 200-square-meter temporary prefabrication site, ensuring minimal delays. The arrival of non-standard equipment teams further accelerated site readiness, solidifying the project’s groundwork.
Milestones Achieved: Accelerating Progress
By August 1st, the project entered full swing. Despite incomplete handover of equipment foundations, the team proactively launched prefabrication for furnace legs and base steel structures. After a month of intensive efforts, the foundations were approved and backfilled, paving the way for equipment installation. A landmark moment arrived on August 26th with the successful hoisting of the B furnace’s base steel structure, followed by the completion of similar installations for Furnaces A, B, and C. These breakthroughs propelled the project into a phase of rapid advancement.
Synergized Execution: Precision and Excellence
The installation of multi-hearth furnaces and ancillary steel structures highlighted the power of teamwork. Through precision scheduling, intervals between critical processes were compressed to under two days, ensuring both quality and pace remained uncompromised. To date, eight primary furnace sections and steel structures have been installed as planned. Fueled by passion, expertise, and relentless dedication, the team is now charging toward final completion.
