To further enhance the company’s confidentiality management and raise employees’ awareness of information security, Winner Group organized a thematic training session titled “Trade Secret Protection” on October 26. The event, delivered in a hybrid format (onsite and on-line), was led by Mr. Zhao Yaorong, a legal counsel from Shanghai Gongshou Dao Law Firm. Over 200 management and technical personnel across various departments and business units participated.
Mr. Zhao began by explaining the legal definitions and classifications of trade secrets, emphasizing their role as core assets critical to corporate competitiveness. He elaborated on the scope of trade secrets, protective measures, and legal liabilities for breaches, supported by real-world cases. His presentation balanced theoretical depth with practical relevance, offering actionable insights tailored to the company’s operations.
