Amidst the vibrant bloom of March, Winner Group’s Engineering Division hosted its annual Contractor Appreciation and Collaboration Summit, themed “Strengthening Communication, Deepening Collaboration, Driving Sustainable Growth.” The event aimed to elevate contractor management standards and propel the group’s transition to refined, high-quality project execution.
Attended by 30 key contractors, the summit featured speeches from Winner Group’s Chairman, senior executives, and department heads. Discussions centered on aligning partners with the company’s strategic vision while addressing industry challenges.
The agenda opened with an operational overview by the Deputy General Manager, detailing the group’s diversified business sectors and future roadmap. Department heads then outlined project management protocols, emphasizing quality, safety, and efficiency through case studies and the newly enhanced contractor evaluation framework.
Winner Group honored contractors who demonstrated outstanding contributions in 2023, applauding their exemplary service capabilities and technical expertise in delivering critical projects.
Mr. Li Wei of the Engineering Division highlighted the need for shared commitment to growth amid global economic headwinds: “By seizing opportunities, optimizing resource utilization, and refining project management precision, we aim to achieve specialized, cost-efficient engineering excellence in 2024.”
