In the radiant April spring, Winner Group’s Equipment Division combined the season’s vitality with professional growth by organizing a unique Lean Management Knowledge Competition and Team-Building Event on April 21. Designed to deepen employees’ understanding of lean practices, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and foster a culture of “Lean Starts from the Heart, Improvement Begins with Me,” the event energized participants while reinforcing a company-wide commitment to operational excellence.
Morning Session: Knowledge Competition – A Battle of Wits and Speed
At 9 a.m., under clear skies and a gentle breeze, the team gathered at Longyue Lake Resort in Yizheng. The lean management quiz kicked off with fierce yet friendly rivalry. Participants huddled in groups, debating answers, brainstorming solutions, and racing to buzz in—showcasing both expertise and team spirit. After intense rounds, Team 1 emerged victorious, their triumph highlighting the division’s growing mastery of lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Afternoon Thrills: Team-Building Games – Synergy in Action
By afternoon, the resort buzzed with laughter and camaraderie as teams tackled creative challenges: Scavenger Sprint: Speed and precision in collecting scattered items. Loop Challenge: Passing hula hoops without breaking the chain. Back-to-Back Ball Relay: Balancing teamwork and coordination. Three-Legged Race: Synchronized strides for shared success. Sack Toss: Aiming for targets with strategic throws. Tug-of-War: Collective strength in action.
These games transformed competition into collaboration, revealing hidden talents and strengthening bonds. Participants discovered that “there are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams”—a mantra now deeply ingrained in the division’s ethos.
