"Every step counts on the journey of life." Since joining Winner Group in 2022, I’ve seized opportunities, embraced challenges, and grown rapidly through relentless learning. Over time, I’ve matured into a more confident professional, achieving significant milestones in my career. Here are some insights from my journey.
Beginnings: From Novice to Learner
My career started as a fresh graduate assigned to the Anhui Xuelang Project. Like many newcomers, I initially felt lost, unsure of the purpose behind tasks such as material management, installation processes, and workflow coordination. By immersing myself in repetitive practice—taking notes, asking questions, and observing—I gradually grasped the fundamentals. This phase taught me the value of patience and incremental progress.
Breakthrough: Mastering Complexity at the Li’anlong Phase II Project
The Li’anlong Phase II Project marked my first real test. Building on earlier experience, I tackled new responsibilities like instrument debugging. On-site, I calibrated values, adjusted ranges, and fine-tuned over 1,000 pneumatic valves and 600+ transmitters, gaining the expertise to diagnose and resolve instrument failures swiftly. Beyond fieldwork, I independently studied ladder logic, SQL, HMI configuration, and MODBUS communication by collaborating with DCS suppliers and self-teaching through online resources.
Reflection & Innovation: Turning Experience into Efficiency
Post-project reviews became my growth catalyst. For instance, while compiling electrical and instrumentation documentation, I recognized repetitive tasks could be automated. Teaching myself programming streamlined data entry. During debugging, I explored safer methods like testing circuits by removing fuses or calibrating transmitters via handheld devices. Each reflection sharpened my problem-solving skills and boosted confidence for future challenges.
Leadership & Insight: Steering My Third Project
By late 2023, I took full ownership of electrical and instrumentation work in my third project. Here, I truly understood how "theory serves practice." For example, replacing manual cable labeling with printed tags improved efficiency, while sourcing optimized materials from platforms like Taobao enhanced practicality without compromising standards. This phase demanded critical thinking and creativity—skills honed through hands-on experimentation.
Gratitude: Growing with Winner’s Support
My growth owes much to Winner Group’s nurturing ecosystem. Initiatives like the mentorship program, internal and external trainings, and shared learning resources elevated my technical and professional capabilities. As Edmund Burke noted, "Education is a two-way process—the more one learns, the more one sees how much remains to be learned." I’m deeply grateful to leaders and colleagues for their unwavering support and knowledge-sharing.
Looking Ahead: Fueling Ambition with Action
Success = (Passion + Strategy) × Time. Moving forward, I’ll continue embracing diligence and innovation, refining my skills to meet higher standards. My goal is to evolve into a versatile talent, contributing to Winner’s vision while writing my own chapter in its story of growth.
