On July 15, 2023, I bid farewell to my university life and joined the Winner Group with great anticipation. After a brief onboarding period, I was assigned to the 1.8-million-ton/year Functional Materials Project at Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., embarking on my career as a technician under the guidance of company leaders.
Over the past year, thanks to the mentorship of leaders and the camaraderie of colleagues, I’ve gradually integrated into the team and grown both personally and professionally. Here are some reflections I’d like to share:
Embracing Challenges: From Uncertainty to Resilience
Every newcomer faces hurdles, and I was no exception. Initially, I struggled to transition from a student mindset, often hesitating in my work. Yet, with patient guidance from leaders and colleagues—who tirelessly answered my questions—I learned to adapt, confront challenges head-on, and actively seek solutions. As I now firmly believe: “The night may be dark, but perseverance always leads to dawn.”

In the workplace, competence is our cornerstone. I strive to be a proactive learner—mastering technical skills through hands-on practice while seeking knowledge from mentors and peers. Continuous upskilling not only enhances my expertise but also contributes to the company’s advancement.
